So I got a call from my boss this morning saying they didn't actually need me to come in today. Okay, so I get to stay home with Angel. While I was sitting working on a letter, the phone rang twice, and I let the answering machine pick it up both times. No one spoke, so I figured it wasn't important. I came back here, and the phone rang again, this time I picked it up, and it was the advocate lady who is trying to get me low income housing, etc. talking to me about a letter I received and what she has been doing on my behalf, and what to say in an email to the people who sent me the letter. After that I made a phone call to the veterinarian to make an appointment for Angel, as she is due for her Senior exam, which I got a letter about about a week ago. Phew ! I don't have to make any more phone calls myself, but someone else may call today, who knows?

Sounds like it was a good day to not have to work - you’re getting a lot accomplished.

@xstitcher I bet Angel loved that. I know when I am around more I believe my Sophie likes it. I hate when people or kids do not leave a message. There are those have some that are afraid of the phone and cannot leave a message so they hang up. You never know who may need to get a hold of you whether it is good or not.

We have caller ID and I never answer the phone unless I know the caller.
