A Minnesota man is safe and sound thanks to a first responder and some Good Samaritans who came to his rescue on Friday evening in Avon Minnesota.
The driver of the 2012 Chrysler auto fell off Highway 9 after Stearns County Sheriff Steve Soyka believes that a medical condition affected his ability to drive safely on the road at the time of the accident.
After the first responder and some Good Samaritans were able to get him out of the partially submerged auto that had water up to his windows, he was safe and sound with no serious injuries.
His auto was taken out of the lake by a tow truck.

He must have not taken his medicines at the time that was driving.
