We saw some cute baby ducklings today. They where so cute and small and staying warm under there heat lamp. It was a chilly day for these little babies so it was need for them to be inside and kept warm.
My little bug kept wanting to look and he really wanted to hold a baby duck but I kept telling him they where too little for him. But he could look at them all he liked .

I remember when I was in kindergarten my dad built a pen and brought home some baby ducks. I don't know where he got them or why he felt like we needed pet ducks, but either way I was one happy little kid! I just wanted to hold those baby ducks all day long!

My kids school get them for the 4th and 5th grade so the lower grades go in and see the babies after the hatch. They do like a small thing about egg cycle and hatching.

@moffittjc that’s a good question. They do it every year some material doesn’t change at all.

@ShyBear88 That's pretty cool that your kids' school does that. So many kids nowadays have little to zero connection with natural, and so they have no idea about all these animals and their life cycle and such. It good to expose kids to these things.
