Kitten rescued by a trash collector in Oregon

Even though I am not the greatest cat lover in the world, what a person did to a eight week old male kitten by spraying him with foam and placing him inside a garbage bin in Hillsboro Oregon on May 3. Thankfully a garbage collector heard the cries of the kitten who was inside a garbage bin with his legs hanging upside down inside the bin with foam covered on him. The garbage delivery driver rescued the cat and took him to the Hillsboro Garbage Disposal so with the help of his colleagues, they were able to remove the foam off of the cat. The cat was then taken to the Bonnie L. Hays Animal Shelter where he is expected to make a full recovery. The Washington County Sheriff's Office is investigating who is responsible for their despicable act of animal cruelty.
