Slow Cooker Mississippi Chicken

Want something spicy and Italian? All it takes is 7 hours if you are not in a hurry. 4 hours if you want it fast.
Although the recipe calls for boneless skinless chicken thighs, I would prepare boneless skinless chicken breasts, instead.
*2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs (trim and discard large pieces of fat)
*1 oz. packet ranch dressing mix
*16 oz. deli sliced peperoncini pepper (save 1/2 cup of juices, discard the rest)
There you go! Throw the ingredients in, then cook for 7 or 4, whichever your preference.
