Meditating on God's word

Do you meditate on God's word? I try to meditate as much as possible, daily night and day. Its a way of building that intimate relationship with the Lord. Knowing Him more and reading His word, filling my heart with His promises that my thoughts may not go astray.

I do reading God's words in the Bible in my vacant time but as daily as daytime and night time. I am interested to know how do you do it in meditation as you said?
