Waiting...I hate it..

I am waiting for my husband to join me for our morning tea and it has been almost half an hour. He woke up and got some call from his office.
I came down and prepared the tea as he was busy. Generally he makes it..
He is still taking the call and I am not sure how much more I need to wait. 
I don't have tea without him. And especially today when he has a very busy day. Some release in his office will keep him on toes through out day. So our tea time will be the only time to chit chat till late night.
This is annoying me. My stomach is growling and the aroma of tea is too good to stand.
So to distract myself I will mylot till he joins me. I hope it is soon..

Generally he makes the tea and I demand for it. I am bad at making tea and I am glad that he makes the best tea.

I drink tea only to company him. I am not addicted to tea and I don't enjoy it without him.

Yes mylot is a good way to fill up time when you are waiting for someone or something. It's big help to reduce our irritation and frustration.

It is very rare to happen with my husband and especially on weekends. He is very particular about keeping work and family separate. But today there is some financial release in US by Trump government and that will keep him busy for next five days. Today despite of being at home, he ate his lunch in his office room and didn't come down to join us.

I had to reheat it. He was busy for almost half an hour.

This is my story most of the times in the morning, my husband is busy doing something or the other and tea gets cold, but I usually don't complain because I drink it little cold, plus whatever it takes, it's the only time we have together that we manage, so just a little compromise

It's very rare of my husband. He is very particular about keeping work and family separate. So I could bear with it for today. Our together time starts with tea and then we have our morning exercise together.
