I found some new system for weight management, or weight loss, it is also increasing muscle besides burning fat, looks promising, there is a review on it at http://fatloooser.blogspot.com/ Did you try something like that? What did you try? What was the most frustrating waste of time and effort?

I did so many way t lose my weight. Some times worked some ties not. Basically, I just need to be focus and consistent of what I am doing it. The most difficult part of doing diet program is to be strict to my self. Now, I'm trying again to lose my weight, since I gained to much during my pregnancy.
