It Was Freaking 90!

Holy moly the temperature today went up to 90 and it definitely felt that way! We still don't have an ac so we had to rely on box fans to keep us cool. Our electric bill is gonna be crazy this month. This heat is gonna be insane this summer and I am not for it!
How high did the temperature get today where you live?

This week is going to be close to it with temps in the high 80s!
I only have electric or hand fans too.
I'll enjoy going to the library and riding the bus and shopping in all those air conditioned spots. Except, Sat - Mon. Memorial Day holiday closing at the library. But I'll go shopping and window shopping so I'll still be riding air conditioned bus and malls or stores, so most of the time not so bad. I turn my electric fan though a tiny one on all night to keep comfortable now.

yeah thats how we stay cool at night. During the day we take multiple quick showers and try to stay cool. I need to head out and buy ice cream and pop sicles

Don't forget to stay hydrated too. I bring my bottle of water now days everyday wherever I go when I go out. Luckily there are safe restrooms in stores too.

Ours were in the high 70s with a cool breeze, However, once we get to June the temps here in Florida will also be getting very hot. Keep cool.
