The perfect sleep....

Who doesn't want to sleep perfectly...? A good sleep solves number of problems and helps in starting fresh. I prefer doing these five things before sleeping... 1. No caffeine 2. Meditation 3. Making bedroom dark and cozy 4. Thinking about all the positives 5. Deep breathing while lying on the bed These things work for me perfectly in normal days, only if my mind is disturbed I don't go to bed till I comfort it. What works for you....??

I don't think there's a such thing as perfect sleep. The things you mentioned making sleep sound.

These are pretty good ways to wind down at the end of the day!! Especially no caffeine!! It takes me about three hours to wind down!!
