cold drinks

in summer days we all experience too much heat, and we want to drink cold drinks. but what would you like to drink?
If you're going to ask me? I choose to drink is cold water, because water helps me to dehydrated my body and water has a lot of good benefits to our body,
unlike in soft drinks and juices, they are made by all artificial flavor and a lot of sugar and that is not good for our health.that is why I choose water to drink.

I would not drink cold water but luke warm as this is much better for you.Then it is your choice.Hot cold or brrr.
