It has been a great time for the BJP led NDA in the 2019 General Elections.
They have won 294 of the 543 seats, and leading in 32 more as per the last inputs. The lead opposition front has just 100 odd seats.
This is a great mandate and silences the preachers of negative and mud throwing politics.
World leaders are also congratulating Narendra Modi- the leader of the alliance and the to be next Prime Minister of India.
Here is Trump congratulating Modi
Washington [USA], May 24 (ANI): US President Donald Trump congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his resounding win at the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, outlining that "great things are in store for the US-India partnership with the return of PM Modi at the

I am really happy with the results as Indian Voter has become smart and he learnt identifying the genuine leader you delivered for them!
This time people have forgotten the caste, religion and other social factors and they simply voted for 'Lotus' the election sign , even without knowing the Local leader representing the party, with a hope that this will help Modiji to win! What a beautiful win!
India will be a different country after five years that much i can definitely say!

@AKRao24 It is an unprecedented win. Even American Analysts have been surprised on looking at the magnitude of win.
Having said that, now is the time for serious business.
Apart from Modiji, Piyush Goyal, Sushma Swaraj, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari and some other leaders too had excelled as ministers and it is now up to ministers as well as other elected representatives to focus on growth and development and ignore the irritants and work towards a more prosperous and happy India.

A real verdict that shows power of people voice in democracy is stronger than any propaganda. The Mahagathbandhan and negative propaganda of all could do no harm because the regular ordinary person in the country wanted him back. Many luteyn media in our country and foreign lands have called Modi as divisor. But I have never seen such a great uniting force. He United the entire nation and this landslide victory is befitting reply to all those media and self acclaimed intellectuals who have no touch with ground reality of India and make their perception sitting in arm chairs in AC rooms and studios.

@arunima25 surprisingly, I saw a video where a person in Pakistan media was pointing out that people go back 17 years to find flaws in Narendra Modi !!
Even then they cannot find anything which they can utilize.
Sadly many in Indian media have a negative bias, and show the unworthy folks as better ones!!
But many among those are now coming on track- whether by choice or by selfish design is something we cannot say!

@pitstop yes and the politics of negativity, mud slinging and casteism has been shown its irrelevance.
People want growth and development.

@pitstop still I have a belief that if leaders stop fighting and squabbling and work seriously towards growth and achieving targets- be they in opposition or in the ruling party, we can see tremendous progress.

@just4him Yeah overall the elections were marked by a lot of bitterness, not only between the competing political parties but among their supporters at times too !

@just4him yeah but it is over and now it is up to the political class to bring some sanity. However, I doubt if that would be possible.
