I came across this documentary today that was released in 2018. These types of movies really interest me.
It includes state of the art technology, filmmaker Peter Jackson presents archival footage restored and colorized to showcase the soldiers, key events and battles of World War I.
I plan to watch this tonight. Have you heard of or seen this documentary? The trailer looks absolutely amazing. Just in time for Memorial Day.
Directed by Peter Jackson. A documentary about World War I with never-before-seen footage to commemorate the centennial of the end of the war.

I love that technology, too. And history. And, as Paul Simon said, the world looks worse in black and white.
