I'm so disappointed to my ATM debit card cause I can't connect it to my PayPal even thou it has a balance, you know the "Remove Limit" in PayPal where the PayPal will Deduct a little bit amount from your account to verify it. I don't know why. can someone give me some suggestions does PayPal always allow debit and credit cards of all bank accounts? then if it is, I think my Bank account has the problem :((

You may connect that to some mobile money services that you can link to paypal

@hereandthere Thankyou, I already linked my GCash to my PayPal account. @hereandthere Are you familiar to GCash? You can use that to fully verified your paypal account

Well, this removal amount thing is true. Why don't you confirm with your bank if they support Paypal. It may be an issue at their end.

okay thanks, I hope I can link my account to my PayPal cause I'm a Online teacher which is tutoring kids via Internet that's why I really need this PayPal because they only pay thru PayPal :((

When you link your card PayPal will debit 100 pesos, then check your statement for the PayPal code which you will input to your PayPal's. 100 will be reverted back to your account. This is all for verification purposes.
