Do you ever check 'most recent activity'? / myLot

I don't check most recent activity. I check ' Recent discussions and hot discussions'. I forgot the section ' most recent activity'. For me it's almost something new. Recent activity has the most recent comments. Do you think it's a good idea to check it? Do you check 'most recent activity'?

I don't check that. I actually I don't have time to check it As I just respond to my followers and those who comment on my post and this is how my time finishes for MyLot
