Good evening, I'm happy to be here again. It's been 2 weeks that I'm not here in mylot. Because of some matters. I just want to share my son to you, I'm so proud because of his younger age his dream is to be a body builder haha, he told me that he want that. He said that mommy take me a picture haha, and I told him that, you have to study first before that okay, now I'm teaching him a basic steps for learning.

learning like in school or body works.Get him some light weights there and let him build up his muscle there.Would not hurt him
