Want to make this for my son

Little while ago while browsing my Newsfeed I saw this kind of artwork, and this is good for learning, and I want to make this too soon for my son. It will help my son to learn more about counting numbers, I teach him every time but not like this, so I want to try it.

Yes thanks, and there is a lot of it, but this one is my favorite
