I found a 'FALLING ASLEEP' formula :)

Other night I was unable to sleep so I found something on Internet.
It said that - Inhale the breath from nose for 4 seconds, then keep it inside for 7 seconds and then exhale it from mouth in 8 seconds
I did that in fun and really it worked atleast 70-80% for me. Right that moment, I yawned twice thrice and after sometime I fell asleep.
Maybe it took a little longer because I am sleeping late since a few past months. And my body is habitual of that.
But It's interesting, isn't it?

i think, reading for exams is the best formula to sleep. lol

I have heard of that formula. I think it does help calm me, but it hasn't put me to sleep yet!

Hope it keeps working for you. You might need to do it for a bit until going to sleep becomes habit from that.
