This is a new one but I can relate on a personal level. After losing my son it was difficult to talk about at first. But as I began talking it helped from the inside out, very therapeutic to share your story.. to the right people that is.

I find it to be a deeply relatable quote as well! Letting go of some of the things that happened to me in the past was quite freeing of course I talked to a trusted few which helped!
