Low Carb Bread

Are you on a low carb diet and want some fresh bread really bad? Well, in this YouTube video, a low carb bread is made in a microwaveable coffee mug! So, a small portion. You are not going to fall off of the wagon. I would simply use a simple every day flour. You might like his suggestion better though...almond or coconut. This is a Keto-friendly recipe. I love this bread. I use almond and coconut flour. I've added it to my meals for the last couple of days. If you add a little onion and herb spice to it, it's delicious. I tried cinnamon yesterday for cinnamon bread. Also good.

Better than buying a ton of bread. Good for those that live alone, university/college students in a dorm, etc. I realize one can freeze bread if have an over-abundance, but if like my freezer there is no room.

@Spontaneo I have an apartment size fridge so the freezer is small. No room for anything extra.

@just4him That is what I meant. My freezer has no room for saving loaves of bread either, which is why the mug recipe comes in handy.
