My tone of talking....

I realised most of the issues and misunderstandings are because of the tone of my voice... Sometimes people think that I am irritated or angry, when I am just explaining my point. I know the way of saying things make lot of difference.... This is something that has been pointed out number times to me, but I haven't taken it seriously... May be now it's the high time I try to change

That reminds me of "Power of words"... Your tone, content, gesture, intention all add up to it.

Yeah!!! People close to me know that my tone is generally high pitch because of my background as a teacher but others may not understand this logic...

You can try to tone down.. On the other hand, I don't get those who are so soft spoken that you do not realize when they are so angry with you..

My tone gets me in trouble all the time, either to happy or to miserable. World hates me. If you learn please teach me.

Hehe all the best. When i was at North East, I used to speak so politely and slowly. Being a Punjabi, my tone is heavy and straight but with them I had to be like them
