I realised most of the issues and misunderstandings are because of the tone of my voice... Sometimes people think that I am irritated or angry, when I am just explaining my point. I know the way of saying things make lot of difference....

You can try to tone down..
On the other hand, I don't get those who are so soft spoken that you do not realize when they are so angry with you..
