Uploading Videos on DailyMotion

So I was thinking of doing this on youtube. But I want to diversify and not leave everything on Google. So I decided to make one account at dailymotion. And thought I should upload few videos. I did that. And I am hoping that like youtube I can monetize my content over there as well. No idea how they work and how much they pay but going to see if that helps me earn something. Hows your friday going?
