I have been a fan of Mandy Harvey for a few years now, she sings beautifully despite the fact that she is deaf, she became Deaf in College and for awhile was in a dark place, but those around her would not let her stay in that dark place forever! I love her tenacity, her spirit and her faith! If you have a dream, you think has died, just watch this!
Experience the impact of Music: Not Impossible through the eyes of Deaf Singer/Songwriter Mandy Harvey, and share in her vision and passion for a future that...

It is really awesome that she had a great support system to help her get through her sudden deafness. It's great she is now in the position to be a role model for others.

@Michellekidwell I have only watched bits and pieces of that show. I'm glad that there are shows out there like that to make people famous though.

That's incredible for a deaf or a person with hearing impaired to sing. How does she detect the music to synchronize with her voice?

It explains about it in the video, but a lot has to deal with vibrations and such!
