Let’s lose weight - Part I (Introduction)

I’m writing this as a successful weight loser in just few days after following a proper diet plan with no side effects. This discussion is specially for my loving friend @shifaLK and two other ladies (sorry I can’t remember your user ID’s to tag you) who wanted to lose their weight... Let me explain this first.... This is all about controlling your meals, but not starving or dieting to death. There are 4 plans to follow, you can choose what is ideal and easy for you to follow. 1. 1/2 plate If you were having Big big 3 meals per day before, this is where you should start. 2. 16/8 diet If you can fast for few hours per day, this is for you 3. 7 days Egg diet You can follow this, Only if you are more than 60kg, 4. OMAD Only one meal a day- for those who are expert on fasting. If you Wanna know more, comment below, I’ll tell you how.... Let’s lose weight continues........... see you in part Ii

@rakski haha but if you really wanna lose weight, definitely you have to do it. Once you did that you’ll be really happy for your self.

Good for you. Keep doing what your doing. I’m not in any kind of diet though I’ve gained a little weight since last year.

I'm starting out slow. I diet on one day; and the next day I can have one meal..for example, a bowl of soup or yesterday I had chicken nuggets and a baked potato. It works for me..then after a while I will be dieting every day.

thats great, if you can fast for just few hours, you can follow 16/8 diet plan, you'll reduce weight so fast

@LindaOHio yeah that depends, if you can exercise a bit and drink more water, also if you think its getting slower, go back to normal diet diet and eat little more, then your body will boost up again
