So apparently I’m a jungle gym today. My 4 year old is being clingy today and mommy is just sl very tired. I need a major nap that I can’t have for awhile. I’m fighting every ounce of have to not fall a sleep right now. So of course I get climbed on, jumped or pulled on. I asked him if I was a jungle gym and he said yes to me. That doesn’t surprise me!

My daughters went from being daddy's girls to hiding in their bedrooms almost overnight so enjoy it while it lasts. You'll miss it later.

So I’ve been told over the last 8 years. I don’t think I’ll miss being a personal gym.

It never fails with kids that the more tired or exhausted you are, the more they want to bother you and cling to you. It happened all the time to me when my kids were little.

I should shoo him off of me but I can’t since nobody else could take care of him today. Little monster was at it full force by 1pm.

@ShyBear88 Well, at least you made it all the way to 1:00pm before he was at full force. That's much better than say like 7:00am.

@moffittjc he was up at 6:30am and cried a bit. He isn’t a morning person he is like me can’t look or talk to him till he has at some drink and food. I did finally get a nap and then I got woken up and told I forgot to put dinner in the oven so then I got to nap longer. My husband woke me up because he doesn’t know how to tell if it’s done and he couldn’t pull it out even to see inside of the middle or least he would have just left me.

Make the most of it now as they grow up so fast. I thought my kids grew up fast but my grandsons flew right by me. My youngest one graduates next week and is going away to college in September. It is a wonderful thing for both of them but I do not like them so big so fast.. Enjoy every minute of them.

@ShyBear88 What I recall it doesn't change until they get a lot older and then sometimes not even then.

@ramapo17 he’s my 3rd so hopefully he out grows the climbing on me. My 8 year old will climb her uncle and tell h It’s because you don’t set a boundary or else she is going to keep doing it.
