Yesterday in a closely fought match, Australia won by 15 runs vs West Indies. Initially the Aussies innings was in tatters, at 38 for 4, Windies bowlers applying pressure and bowling superbly. But Steve Smith- 73 of 103, Marcus Stoinis - 19 and Alex Carey - 45 of 55 steadied the innings. Then Nathan Coulter-Nile (what an interesting name!) attacked to score a terrific 92 of 60 balls. Australia reached a good enough 288. In response, Shai Hope -68 and Jason Holder - 51 runs could not take Windies to win and they could make 273 runs only. Mitchell Starc took 5 for 46. Great going for Aussies as they have two wins now. Source : Own watch and Times of India sports

I am not interested in watching all matches. I am interesting in watching only match of India. I read about this match in newspaper. Empires gave some wrong decision in this match.

@anil02 yes the dismissal of Gayle was a bit controversial.

I didn't sit and watch the match as such. But TV was on from the time husband came home and he was quite early. He has shifted his work timings.. Leaving home at 5:30 in morning and coming back by 3:30 afternoon. He always does this with any sports tournaments be it tennis, football or cricket. So I could sense how a tight match it would have been with all his clapping, whistle and cheering.

@arunima25 5.30! That is too early! We are not even able to wake up that early. And your husband seems a very big cricket(or for that matter-Sports) fan.

@arunima25 oh that is great! But too much addiction to watching matches on TV could be counter - productive.

I haven't watched the actual match, but came to know that the match was tight match between Australia and West Indies, where the former team managed to win!
