What songs do you find nostalgic?

I did a survey this morning which played me a few bars of 100 songs that they thought would be suitable for a radio station for people 'of a certain age', i.e. over 50. Two of the songs brought back such happy memories. During the 1960's my parents had a large static caravan by the sea at a small village called California (not the US, a small place on the east coast of Norfolk UK). Back then we used to take our Bakelite Roberts radio with us and I can remember listening to Who's Sorry Now by Connie Francis. My dad was a huge fan and this was his favourite song. I then heard Style Council's You're the Best Thing. This was mine and my partner's 'song'. Both songs brought a real tear to my eye. The former song because it brought back memories of happy childhood summers at California and it made it doubly tearful as my dad is no longer with me. The second song because I can't believe that so much time has passed since those first heady days of young love. So what songs do you love; which bring a tear to your eye or a smile to your face?

Mine is "Hi-Lili, Hi-Lo". It is a popular song with music by Bronislau Kaper, and lyrics by Helen Deutsch. The song was published in 1952. The song was featured in the movie Lili starring Leslie Caron. It's the favorite song of my late mother. She sang that to make me sleep while I was a child.
