Unwanted Fat

hey all...how are you..? hope you guys are doing fine...ok today i wanted share something about fat.. Fat is ofcourse needed by the body but unwanted fat increases the risk of heart diseases and illness.. most of the people go to gym to reduce the amount of fat present in the body and some people plan a strict diet.. Having excess fat not only affects the internal organs of your body but also results in large belly, puffed face (face fat) etc., Do you have unwanted fat in your body? How do you reduce the unwanted fats? Do you prefer exercises or dieting?

i dont go on a diet but last night i tried not to eat dinner i dont think if i can do it again but am.not fat

You just need to eat a well-balanced diet and do some exercises.

I am almost sure most have something, i just try to walk every day, watch how I eat, best I can do.

People try to do some yoga at home and eat less fatty food. Work over the hours has become so serious that finding time to run in the fields is difficult.
