Medical Check Up (MCU) / Medical Examination

I never had MCU (Medical Check Up) before. All my life, till last february. I was very confident that besides sometimes catching a cold, cough, headache, upset stomach, I am healthy. But I did feel anxious if I read any health articles/news about people dying because they didn't know that they're actually got some serious health problems. What if I have health problems too that I don't know? My fiancee convinced me to go get full MCU. I didn't feel like going at 1st because I was worried to hear bad news. But after serious talked with my fiencee I went to lab clinic and got my 1st MCU. The result? I'm fine. I'm generally healthy. I just need to do more exercise and consume more protein. Tonight my fiancee asked me if I had Hepatitis B checked before. He asked because he was tested (+) that turned out to be false, his 2nd test was (-). I wasn't sure. He asked me to go get tested. I only know that I got all the vaccines that suggested by government as a kid, not sure if its including hep.B vaccine. And then I remember that I did full MCU last february. I looked up my MCU files and found that I got tested for HBsAg and the result was negative Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), also known as Australia Antigen, is a blood test ordered to determine if someone is infected with the hepatitis B virus. I told my fiancee about my test result. He was glad and relieved. As for me, for the 1st time since I got the result of my MCU I feel like " wow, it feels good to know that now when someone ask about my health I can give them a proper answer. I got tested and I'm fine, from head to toe, from inside to outside. No serious health problems." I think to get my routine MCU every year or two.

I'm sorry, but not everybody lives in your country. I haven't got the foggiest idea what MCU and HBsAg mean.

I'm sorry for confusing post, and thank you for point it out. MCU stands for Medical Check Up. HBsAg (Hepatitis B Surface Antigen) also known as Australia Antingen, is a blood test ordered to determine if someone is infected with the hepatitis B virus.

@Esther9AM Thank you. Now the post looks a bit better. Please explain HBsAg *in the post* as well, not in a comment. Not everybody reads through a whole comment thread.
