Quote of the Day #20: A Real Pastor

We are getting down to the wire here, only about three more weeks and Pastor Janet will no longer be our Pastor, but she has left a positive impact on so many lives and that will not change!
This is why I choose the quote I did today in honor of Pastor Janet and those like her.
A 'real pastor' is not preaching of their own; they are speaking what God put in their heart by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is using them at that very moment to speak to the congregations situations -past, present, and future.

If the Holy Spirit doesn't give a pastor words, they can't effectively teach us how to live a Christian life.

@Michellekidwell We had a church, where the Holy Spirit freely taught the congregation. I really miss that!

Thankfully someone had opened the Faith hall so I didn’t have to take them to the lower sanctuary! Thank you so much!
