I found a new quote to share for those interested. I have a ton in my collection. But this was a new one that really made a lot of sense....
To Belittle is to Be Little
To Praise is to Raise
Just a little something something to think about. We should always be kind to others. We never know what they are dealing with.

This is a good way to look at things. A keen observation gives a fair idea that people are suffering but some people are really negative and it is best to avoid those who make you feel little. Surround yourself with positive people and those who bring out the best in you

i like 't! yup, one ne'er knows that which haunts others, yet're most quick to pass judgement. givin' a bit 'f praise goes a long ways. e'en if'n such's jest passin' a compliment to a stranger - 'bout their hair, shoes, whate'er.

I've always liked To Belittle is to Be Little. This is the first time I've seen To Praise is to Raise but I like it, too.
