High heels make a woman look more elegant and are so very common. Correct fitting ones are comfortable while others can actually be uncomfortable. Some people say it can cause some harm to the feet and also backbone. Is his possible?
Do any of you face problems because of wearing high heels often?

I had an inflamed nerve in the bottom of my foot from wearing high heels and had to get a steroid injection.

i only wore them on special occasions so never got used to them. i have not worked in places with strict dress codes, so i tend to wear only 1 inch high.
however, i've also met people who feel more comfortable in heels. they say they tend to stumble at lot when they're wearing flats. so maybe it also depends on the safe of the feet.

It is not good for health, as it may hurt our back if it is used on the long run.
