I and my younger Brother was talking earlier about my 5th Brother who always comes home from work and keep complaining about his job. Like, this is not my task, that he should come home early or he should do this only. One time I told him if he does not want the job anymore then leave and look for another one, and guess what, he still working there. And now, he comes home complaining again.

Well, at least he can vent out! There are people who just want to vent out what they feel to make themselves feel better

@JustBhem Tell him to get a girlfriend, so that he knows someone who's there to listen for multiple times about his problem.

Well I guess I can relate to that also but I persisted in my job. There are times that employers can also become abusive in utilizing their employees because they know they cannot just leave because of the benefits they have to forego when they leave it.

@JustBhem just remind him that unless he can get a replacement job then he will have no choice and complaining will never solve his problems unless he finds a good alternative. Better he earns than nothing at all.

complaining is only healthy if we do something about it.. otherwise it is just not healthy for our own self or others.
