Some time its happen that boss is much younger than subordinates. Subordinates having much experience of work and life. On other hand young boss have not experience of work and life but have responsible for performance of subordinates. Some time elder subordinate also tried to take benefit of his age. What is right way to deal with elder subordinates?

In the place of work, it's the position that counts and not the age, as well as the experience or seniority.

@Sreekala Adjusting with elders subordinate is not easy one. They have experience right but they are not responsible like seniors.

Respect is ok, but some time they take it as prestige issue if their younger senior not agreed with them.

I guess, there is nothing wrong in asking suggestions from the experienced subordinates as long as they are not trying to outsmart the boss.
