Bank and Target

Yay, I survived a trip to the bank with all three kids and to Target without buying the whole places. You don’t have to worry about me buying everything it’s the kids and almost everything they see. I go to Target for little things I was just scoping out prices for some little note cards for the kids. They want toys. I let them get something cheap each. I spend less then $8 after deploying a $264 check into the bank.
Mama did good! Woo hoo!

My daughter has always been great when it comes to shopping trips, because she never asked for anything (she still doesn't). But my son on the other hand, he literally would want me to buy him every single thing he laid his eyes on.

All three will ask for all kind of things. Typical children right there. I tell them no or else mommy will be broken and we will have nothing for our vacation.

@ShyBear88 I don't think young kids can grasp the concept of broke, especially in the future tense. My son used to say to me, if you're broke, just go to the bank and get more money!

@moffittjc I tell no money not really broke. They do understand no money to buy or little money. Or I tell them I can’t afford it.
