Picnic Suggestions

I was supposed to attend a picnic in a park this past week, but rain kind-of got in the way. The event did take place inside though. I provided pizza butter crackers, a whole cookie sheet or pizza tray if you like. Before serving took place, about half were gone! So, compliments to the chef! LOL Today, I happened to receive this in my in-box. So, since picnic season is here, thought I would share with you! My favorites are the pasta salad, BLTs, skewers and pizza subs. Total deliciousness. As for drinks, I think, personally, a beer or wine cooler for the drinkers and plenty of lemonade and iced tea for the rest. What would you take as a dessert? I do like the idea of sweets served in a jar and tons of recipes for them may be found on YouTube. So, that is my 2 cents worth!
