If there is one deal that our brave men and women in the United States Coast Guard need to be ready for is to be on alert when duty calls 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Recently a USCG crew were called to assist a 55 year old Canada native who was suffering from an illness to his stomach aboard a cruise ship that was 100 miles southeast of Cape Hatteras North Carolina on Friday morning. The name of the Canadian man was not released to the public nor what type of ailment he was battling. The United States Coast Guard crew that was stationed in Cape Hatteras was able to take the man from the cruise ship to a hospital in Morehead City North Carolina along with the wife of the medical victim. I just hope that the medical victim will recovery from what illness cut short his cruise.

I hope he will recover as well, and I hope that the cruise ship will consider letting them take another cruise free of charge since this one was cut short.
