When I use to work, you could not depend on people, When pay day came they would call out saying. they weren't coming to work. Or when it was time for me to get off work, The person closing the department that night. Would call out and I had to close the department down. Working online is the best Job. I have ever had. I would not trade working online. for anything.

if your co-workers were like that, then yes, it's better for you to work for yourself. sad to say, there will always be people who are not team players.
