The choice of music that people will find strange: The Gregorian Chant. / myLot

It's so relaxing, so solemn, but very masculine all the same. When I'm not listening to rock music, I will turn my smartphone on to Gregorian Chants. The original Salve Regina (Hail Holy Queen) is so heavenly! Like I just strayed into a monastery. I also fell in love with the modern rendition sung by the Gregorian. In their first album Masters of the Chant, my favorite is Moment of Peace, and their cover of Tears in Heaven. And the Gregorian Chant will merge with rock music sometimes. My favorite is their cover of My Immortal, and Wake Me Up, When September Ends.

I know this music. I like listening to it but not often. You could have added a link. I doubt very much that many members understand what this post is about.

Can you share with me the lick or the website where I can try to listen to these Gregorian chants. I will see if I will like it too. I like gospel songs and the like music like those being sang in the church.

The only song from Gregorian that I have heard was Tears In Heaven. It was very solemn. I never knew they also had other rock covers. I'll check that out too.
