Do you also experience times when you are so much on the edge that you become so furious and burst out your anger? Even though I feel the person deserves such treatment, I feel bad afterwards. But I feel out of control. I have to get my s*** together. I dont like to be this person. I want to be calm and nice.

@yoalldudes Like for instance, my nephew is very active and he is very hard headed. One time I was doing something and he hit with a ball, I was hurt and what I did, I yelled at him and was too mad. Later I feel so ashamed of what I did.

@JustBhem We can work more on self love and self care so we are not on edge and under stress. By the way, have you got the diffuser. I got mine for 700plus pesos from Lazada. I tried Lavender and it was relaxing. I'm just lazy sometimes but now that I remembered I will put on some Lavender.

@yoalldudes I hope so. But it is just self control which helps to monitor a control and nothing else.

I'm just a quiet type of person, I burst by myself and wants to be alone to have much time to think about everything but other people rather hurt others to burst out everything.

@yoalldudes If that is security issues, then you have rights to defend yourself and to outburst

I have this side of me and I feel bad after this. But I guess sometimes it is good to vent out your anger.

It feels good to be nice but if you are not being treated well and they make up stories can't help but want to burst out.

@yoalldudes For sure! And it's completely normal too. Someone can just be going through so much tension and stress that even when they think they have everything under control, something can happen to make that person snap. And unfortunately take it out on the wrong people sometimes. It's completely normal and very human like. The only thing that is best when this happens, is to apologise to those around us who we hurt and let them know it wasn't on purpose. Or better yet, when things are feeling out of control, talk to someone about the stress you're experiencing just to vent it all out. Less chance of snapping then.

@yoalldudes I am so sorry to learn all this about you. Being bullied is no fun. Some people just don't understanding that when they bully, it can be life threatening to some.

I got so angry once in the office that I throw chairs. But that's because some jerk disturbed me while I'm doing urgent tasks. I mean my boss gave me stuffs I got to finish by sundown, when someone from another department urged me to finish another. I was already pressured, and I reminded them to explain this to my boss first, as he has all the authority to give tasks to me. Instead, the guy kept egging me to do that extra work, when thanks to him I made a mistake and have to start again. I got so angry that I punched and throw chairs around. Some of my coworkers got scared though. My boss learned this, but for some reason he is not angry.

@yoalldudes that might be the reason why my boss never even get mad at me. We are given daily instructions to never take orders from someone else.

It all boils down to anger management. When you feel angry, just take a deep breath and take control of your feelings.

You are right. It is just doubly hard with our condition. But I know in time I can handle it better.
