National Go Fishing Day!

On top of it being National Splurge Day you could splurge by going fishing for National Go Fishing Day!
Good day to do both since they both fall on the same day June 18th! There is no history as to why as of right now. But Fishing in general was a good source for food.

It's been a long time since I have been fishing. I used to fish all the time. Back in the days when I actually had time to engage in such activity!

Yeah we fish when we can with the kids. Well more like I watch the kids fish with there dad.

@kepweng I usually use artificial bait, like a lure or rubber worm. But if I'm fishing with bait, I'll usually use crickets or shiners, depending on what I'm fishing for.
