I am listening to a wonderful song written by a Chilean poet, singer and folk music researcher: Violeta Parra. This version is sung by another wonder of folk music the singer from Argentina Mercedes Sosa.
I have been listening to Latin American folk music all morning.
What sort of music is the sort of music that reaches your roots?

My roots are Hispanic and American so I typically like to a lot of American music. I like classic rock and the 80’s music. Such as Styx, Queens, Madonna, Cher and so long. I do listen to current time stuff but I done enjoy a lot of them so I’m more picky about the songs Val’s the singing. I do like a good Ed Sharen song.

@marguicha it’s nice to just listen to. My kids like most of them as well. My kids like I want to Rock!! Haha it’s funny to listen to them sing to songs way older then them.
