I have to give credit to Minneapolis resident Mariah Weitzenkamp who does not like to see cigarette butts and other objects on the sidewalk of her Lowry Hill East neighborhood which wrecks the image of her neighborhood.
Mariah has a project called "Take a bag, leave a bag" where she is hoping that her neighbors follow her example to pick up all trash objects on the sidewalk to be dropped off at a local trash can.
Mariah knows that not everyone likes to pick up the litter on the sidewalk. However by setting an example to everyone that a clean sidewalk in her neighborhood is better than walking on a dirty street

I agree with you since being a litterbug does harm our neighborhood.
