Government determines minimum wages to be paid to workers. Each province will have different minimum wages. Violation still occurs here regarding ministerial decree about minimum wages. Some or even more companies pay their workers under the determined minimum wages. To some people, even minimum wages are still far from what is called decent wages. However, the government has made all out effort to increase the minimum wages. Some workers complain that despite the increase, the companies they work for still pay the same old wages.
