Lack of good customer and technical service!

My disruption was disconnected few days ago but were able to settle it. Trouble is I couldn't call them to have it reconnected so i went to their office. But the other complainant before was taking too long as another agent came in to help. But six hours after I called again and took another agent (on the phone this time) to reconnect my service. Then next was cable guy. I think our cable got interrupted by the gutter fix. He didn't attend last time because we forgot to tell mom. He came this time but sadly, he was no help. Instead he was promoting that fiber thing but cost additional four dollars. Obviously, he did nothing and left. At least I got the internet back I feel sad for grandma though she could never watch her favorite channel, at least not for a while.

I hate when service isn't what it should be. I know sometimes the technicians are doing the best they can, but it's annoying when they are incompetent or simply do not care.

It is so annoying when customer service is so below average. We had bad service from one company a few years ago and so we switched. The company we're with now has been very good. We're very thankful for that.

I've had my fair share of poor customer service. If I feel that the rep is struggling, I proactively tell them to put me on hold and ask the supervisor for help. And if the issue can’t be resolved in one phone call, I request a callback so I don’t have to explain myself again to another rep.

Hello @MGjhaud The agent who promised to restore my internet, i think was trying to get to the dept. about couldn't reach them. As for the second one she made a mistake and thought i had a different subscription.

I really don’t like calling customer service especially with my Internet provider. They lack efficiency and good service.

Good that Internet is back. Hope the cable issue is also fixed for grandma soon. Such visits with no help can be really frustrating.

@Letranknight2015 A lot of these people do not care about the person but just want to sell them something and are brainwashed into believing that they believe in what they are trying to sell.
