Spam call!

This is a first time I’ve seen this show up on my phone screen. AT&T Spam Call at Risk! Wow they are getting fancy for me now at least this one tells me it’s a spam call. I typically just don’t answer calls that I don’t have saved in my phone and if they don’t live a message I just don’t call back.

I had heard that AT&T was going to start doing this. I have Verizon, and I wish Verizon would also offer this feature. I'm like you, I don't answer any number I don't have saved in my phone.

My husband gets it on his android all of the time but this is the first I’ve seen it on my iPhone.

@ShyBear88 I'm now getting about 5 or 6 spam calls a day on my cell phone. I really need Verizon to get onboard with what AT&T is doing so that they can identify (and potentially block) all these calls I'm getting.

@moffittjc a lot of spammers are getting smart and using actually people’s numbers to call other people it still shows up as unknown if it’s not in your phone as a person or places.

@ShyBear88 I’m a little deaf so I use it most of the times. Learned my lesson not to put unkown numbers on loudspeaker after that inicident.

I never use my loud speaking unless my kids are trying to talk to someone on my phone. I don’t answer any calls I don’t know or have in my phone already.

@ShyBear88 Sometimes I would research the number on the internet to see who's calling from, or if anyone experienced same calls.

Yes it is and I knew to ignore the call and let it go to voicemail.

@Karenahanane55 if not to expecting a call form lien a doctors office or something then yes those numbers don’t always show up as a name on your cell phone but may a house phone. I typicallly don’t answer calls I don’t know till after they leave me a message then I call them back.
