Itchy Belly Button

That odd picture, my friends, is my belly button (with some stickers photoshopped on). Looks quite strange doesn’t it? That’s because when I had surgery a week ago it’s one of the places where the doctor made an incision. So I have a a nice big bruise. All that nasty looking stuff inside is NOT belly button lint, I swear! It’s surgical glue.
With one exception, they glued all my incisions closed. The only problem is that right now the incision in my belly button is itching something horrible and there isn’t anything I can do about it!!! A lot of the glue is peeling off but I can’t pick at it. At least I’m told the itching means it’s healing.

Yes, that is right. Anything that has had an injury or has had surgery itches when its healing.
