World Giraffe Day (I LOVE giraffes!) 1973 - Juliette Lewis was born. She's an American actress, singer and songwriter. She tends to play offbeat and dark roles. For Cape Fear she was nominated for an Academy Award and Golden Globe. Other movies that she's been in: What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Natural Born Killers, National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. In 2004 she started a band Juliette and the Licks. She has since explored a solo career in music. She appeared as Blue, David Healy's girlfriend, in the first season of The Conners. 1979 - Chris Pratt was born. He is an American actor. From 2009-2015 he appeared in Parks and Recreation as Andy Dwyer.
