@Spontaneo It's black and a special brand (lol) I like leaf tea but these days we do not get it and so a mixed leaf and dust I am satisfied with And yes no blends either.

I cannot drink hot drinks on hot days and even when I do have tea I cool it down with ice cubes.

The herbal slimming tea is very rare. The drink tastes nasty hot or chilled. I hold my breath and swallow just a few small sips to rid my body of toxins.

I love hot chocolate, apple cider and coffee. I can’t do cold coffee I prefer hot cup of coffee and I do drink one almost daily at least one cup. Some times I’ll drink hot chocolate my youngest drinks it like its chocolate milk which is fine and he can use the extra calories.
