If you live in the USA and are on a budget you should look at this site: http://www.angelfoodministries.com/about.asp and see if there is a facility in your area. My parent's church is getting ready to qualify to be a host site. Basically you pay $25 for a box of food that retails for no less than $50. They try to cover all the basic food groups so you get a balanced diet. This organization asks no questions whatsoever... anyone can participate. I thought of mentioning this when I saw the thread on clipping coupons. This is better! Check the link and see if any church or community center near you participates. Good luck. :)
